Going GREEN

I have some exciting news to share… *drum roll*

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve earned my National Association of Realtor’s (NAR) GREEN designation! I know what you're thinking, most designations are just a way for people to claim expertise without much work. Usually I would agree with you.

So what makes this designation any different? It’s ME! I am personally committed to furthering my knowledge on sustainable homes and living, both for myself and for you.

Sustainability and environmental responsibility have long been personal passions of mine. I've loved learning about how homes can have a smaller environmental footprint. In fact, it's a goal of mine to someday own a Passive House, which is an ultra-efficient home that needs little energy for heating or cooling.

By earning my GREEN designation, I've become part of a community of like-minded real estate professionals who care about sustainability. This includes realtors, builders, home inspectors, lenders, and more. Plus, I now have access to exclusive training and market research on energy efficient homes.

Of course, this designation doesn't make me an overnight expert. BUT it does show that I'm committed to lifelong learning in this area.

Overall my goal is to be a better resource for you, so we can find a home that aligns with your values. Together, we can reduce our environmental impact with healthy, responsible living. And who knows, maybe we can save a little money along the way.
