Hi Y'all! I'm Samantha Joseph, your go-to Nashville Realtor. I'm so excited to share my passion for real estate with you all.

My husband and I moved to Nashville two years ago and found our dream fixer-upper. I'm passionate about Nashville's historic homes and charming neighborhoods. It's amazing to see each neighborhood's unique personality through its home styles!

I had started my career in tech after graduating from Colgate University with a degree in computer science. Despite my success in tech, I had always dreamed of branching out into real estate. I started by managing a short-term rental property. Pretty soon after, I started working full time as a real estate agent. And I've loved every minute of it.

When I'm not working, I love to spend time with my husband and our two rescue dogs, Lola and Benji. You can find us at the dog nights of summer at the Cheekwood, trying new restaurants or at a concert. There is never a dull moment here in Nashville!
